The valve seat is composed of a rigid framework and a fluorine diaphragm. The rigid framework is stamped from 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloy steel plate in a micro arch shape, and there is an annular groove along the periphery to be sealed by the diaphragm as an air pad. The fluorine diaphragm is tightened on the concave surface of the framework with a metal clamp to form a contact surface with the valve seat. The valve seat is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, its diameter is equivalent to that of the skeleton groove, and the valve port has a large chamfer. The quality of the valve disc is determined according to the design allowable pressure of the oil tank and the diameter of the valve disc. If necessary, it can be adjusted by counterweight

When the valve disc is freely placed on the valve seat, the fluorine diaphragm is slightly concave to the air cushion groove under the gravity of the valve disc. When the pressure difference inside and outside the tank increases, the valve disc rises slightly, and the diaphragm remains well sealed with the valve seat by its own elasticity. Until the whole valve disc jumps away from the valve seat, the diaphragm will rebound and gradually return to its original state
Because the fluorine diaphragm has good oil resistance and hydrophobic performance, and the contact angle between the diaphragm and the valve seat is large, it is difficult for water vapor to condense and remain at the valve port. At the same time, this contact mode can effectively prevent micro differential pressure leakage
