Oil products (such as light diesel, solar oil or transformer oil) with high boiling point (not easy to volatilize in summer), slow evaporation and low freezing point (not solidified in winter) are used as sealing liquid (sealing liquid for short)

1. Various safety valves shall be installed vertically

3. The safety valve shall be specially tested before installation and its tightness shall be checked
4. The safety valve in use shall be inspected regularly
There are two common faults: one is valve body damage, corrosion or leakage; Second, since part of the liquid seal oil volatilizes during use, and part of the water vapor, oil vapor and impurities in the tank will condense into it, its quantity, quality and weight may change after long-term use, thus affecting the accuracy of pressure control
Strengthen the inspection of hydraulic safety valve during daily inventory inspection and operation. If it is necessary to check whether the valve body has abnormal changes, whether the valve body has leakage and whether the height of liquid sealing oil meets the regulations, sealing liquid shall be added if necessary; Check whether the hydraulic safety valve operates normally when the oil tank is in and out; Check whether the sealing net is intact and unblocked
1. The type of hydraulic safety valve shall meet the requirements of installation environment and shall be determined according to the application scope of hydraulic safety valve
2. The diameter of the hydraulic safety valve shall be compatible with the breathing volume of the oil in and out of the oil tank. Generally, the diameter can be the same as that of the mechanical breathing valve used in the configuration
3. The oil filling height in the hydraulic safety valve shall meet the control pressure requirements
