1. Model selection
The type and quantity of the foam generator used in oil tank installation are determined according to the oil tank capacity, the variety of storage oil, the size of the oil surface and the type of foam, but at least two, and there is a separate fire line to supply the foam mixer. span>
When the foam fire truck fixed the foam mixture supplied by the fire pump and passed the generator through the transmission pipe, air foam was formed to extinguish the oil fire. There are generally four models: pc-4, pc-8, pc-16 and pc-24

Model PC-4: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the mixing liquid is 4 liters / sec, and the foaming volume is 25 liters
Model PC-8: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the mixture is 8 liters / sec, and the foam volume is 50 liters
Model PC-16: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the mixing liquid is 16 liters / sec, and the amount of foam is 100 liters
Model PC-24: when the working pressure is 0.5MPa, the mixture is 24 liters / sec, and the foam volume is 150 liters
3. The working pressure range is 0.2-0.5mpa

Structural principle
The air foam generator is mainly composed of three parts: the shell group, the foam nozzle group and the guide plate group. span>
When the foam mixture passes through the generator nozzle, a diffusion atomizing jet is formed, and a negative pressure is generated around it, thus inhaling a large amount of air to form an air foam. The air foam is poured into the storage tank through the foam nozzle and guide plate, which flows down the tank wall and smoothly covers the combustion liquid surface. nbsp;

Instructions for use
The inlet pressure of the air foam generator is 0.5Mpa or 0.3&mdash. 0.5Mpa is used in the pressure range, but the mixing amount and foam volume vary accordingly. span>
This generator is equipped with 3% and 6% common air foam solutions. span>
In order to prevent gas evaporation and leakage in flammable liquid storage tank, sealing glass must be installed at the outlet end of shell. One side of the glass is engraved with fragile cracks, and the mixed liquid flow pressure is 0.1 & mdash; It can be crushed at 0.2MPa. The fragile crack side shall be installed towards the ejection port
The guide plate is installed on the inner wall of the storage tank to ensure that the wall of the foam tank drops down and covers the combustion liquid surface smoothly, so as to improve the fire extinguishing effect. span>
The diameter of the inlet pipe of the air foam generator shall not be smaller than the required size. span>
Installation and maintenance
The air foam generator has a product label, indicating the product name, type, specification, manufacturing date and factory name. The foam nozzle group should be manufactured according to the product type before installation. span>
First, the guide plate is assembled on the inner wall of the storage tank, then the foam nozzle group and the shell group are installed, and the cover plate should be above. span>
After the installation, foam injection test is conducted once to observe whether the spray foam is normal, whether the pump water pressure and generator inlet pressure meet the requirements. Whether the pipeline has leakage, etc., and finally install the sealing glass
The air foam generator must ensure that the entire pipeline is unblocked and check whether there is any blockage. Whether the sealing glass is intact
In order to avoid and reduce the damage to the pipeline caused by the deformation of the storage tank wall, it is best to install a section of metal hose with the same diameter in the inlet pipeline of the generator
